Customer: Any individual or entity that purchases products or visits our website.
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All images and content on this website are the sole property of Ace Wildlife Graphics and are protected under copyright law. Customers are granted a limited, non-transferable licence for personal use only. Commercial use is strictly prohibited without prior written consent. Security software is in place to record IP addresses of unauthorised users. Any individual found copying or stealing images will be invoiced $250 per image and reported to police.
4. Acceptance of Orders
All orders are subject to acceptance by Ace Wildlife Graphics. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, inaccurate product information, or suspected fraud.
5. Pricing and Payment
All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are subject to change without notice. Payment terms will be agreed upon via email or phone prior to purchase.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped within 7 business days. Shipping costs are calculated and agreed upon with the customer via email or phone. Delivery times vary by location and shipping method. Once dispatched, Ace Wildlife Graphics accepts no responsibility for items in transit.
7. Returns and Refunds
Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us directly. Please note: refunds or exchanges will not be issued due to colour variation, as screen colour accuracy cannot be guaranteed across all devices.
8. Limitation of Liability
Ace Wildlife Graphics is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the purchase or use of our products. Total liability is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product in question.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Western Australia.
10. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
